The nine-week program offers learning opportunities for women of different ages and backgrounds. In 2025, Antuanett was invited for the third consecutive year as a facilitator.
As a mental health therapist, Antuanett had the opportunity to address key topics such as self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, trauma, coping skills, healthy relationships, and dating. Through her participation, she contributed to the growth and well-being of the participants, promoting courage and resilience within the community.

El programa de nueve semanas ofrece oportunidades de aprendizaje para mujeres de diferentes edades y orígenes. En el año 2025, Antuanett fue invitada por tercer año consecutivo como facilitadora.
Como terapeuta de salud mental, Antuanett tuvo la oportunidad de abordar temas fundamentales como la autoestima, la imagen corporal, los trastornos alimenticios, traumas, habilidades de afrontamiento, las relaciones saludables y el noviazgo. A través de su participación, contribuyó al crecimiento y bienestar de las asistentes, promoviendo la valentía y resiliencia dentro de la comunidad.

Antuanett collaborated with the Jackson Hole Middle School to promote the healthy use of technology among students. Over a six-week period, she supported and guided students along Andrea Zarate through creating podcast topics, youth creativity being the led. The intention of this after-school club was to foster curiosity and expand students’ knowledge thought the healthy and smart use of technology.

Antuanett colaboró con la Jackson Hole Middle School para promover el uso saludable de la tecnología entre los estudiantes. Durante un período de nueve semanas, apoyó y guió a los estudiantes junto a Andrea Zarate en la creación de temas para podcasts, siendo la creatividad juvenil la principal guía. La intención de este club extracurricular era fomentar la curiosidad y expandir el conocimiento de los estudiantes a través del uso saludable y inteligente de la tecnología.

Antuanett, the only host of a Spanish psychoeducational radio show in Jackson, was invited by One22 to interview award-winning Latina Financial Counselor, Jen Hemphill.
In this special financial workshop, Jen and Antuanett explored topics of building a healthy money mindset through storytelling and practical roadmaps. The conversation focused on empowering listeners to gain confidence, understand their money habits and stories, and take actionable steps toward financial progress.

"Antuanett was invited to lead a workshop addressing housing challenges and their impact on mental health. Jackson, located in Teton County—one of the wealthiest counties in the U.S.—is marked by significant gaps in housing access and workshop support. She facilitated a conversation focused on mental health awareness and the emotional impact of housing challenges faced by families and individuals whose housing needs remain unmet, affecting their growth and well-being.
Through interactive activities, Antuanett guided participants to explore their emotions related to housing, understand how mental health is intertwined with stability, and provided tools and resources to foster a more sustainable and supportive community.

Antuanett fue invitada a liderar un taller sobre los desafíos de la vivienda y su impacto en la salud mental. Jackson, ubicada en el condado de Teton—uno de los condados más ricos de los EE. UU.—presenta importantes brechas en el acceso a la vivienda y al apoyo en talleres. Ella facilitó una conversación centrada en la concienciación sobre la salud mental y el impacto emocional de los desafíos habitacionales enfrentados por familias e individuos cuyas necesidades de vivienda permanecen insatisfechas, afectando su crecimiento y bienestar.

As a mental health therapist, I have the privilege of taking the lead in facilitating mental health topics during the program, supporting participants on their journey of growth and self-discovery.

I presented the emotional, physical, and social transitions that children experience when moving from 5th grade to 6th grade. Parents gained valuable insights into various aspects of puberty, adolescent changes, and the impact of social and family environments.
We explored topics such as technology use, navigating behavioral conflicts, and effective parenting styles during this pivotal stage of development.
